What is your Cancellation Policy?

Upon booking, for upper suites and walk out suites a booking deposit equal to the cost of a one night stay at a peak season rate is charged to hold your reservation. A booking deposit of $500 is charged to reserve a Lakehouse suite.

To receive a full refund of your booking deposit we require at least 2 Weeks notice prior to check in for cancellation of a reservation.

If cancelation notice is given between the times of 2 weeks prior to the booking and 48 hours before the booking, the booking deposit can be used as a credit for future stays.

Booking deposits are non-refundable if a customer fails provide 48 hours cancelation notice from the time of check in, or does not show up for the booking.

We do not offer partial refunds if customers decide to depart prior to their booked check out day.
